A leading BPO service provider is seeking individuals in Medellín for a full-time, on-site role focusing on handling continuous calls with U.S.-based customers. Candidates should possess advanced English skills and thrive in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities include gathering business information, entering data in real time, and maintaining professionalism effortlessly. An attractive compensation package includes a salary of $2,800,000 COP plus allowances.

Formación

Before You Apply

This is a high-performance role, not a typical customer service job.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 7:45 PM
• 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

You will be on back-to-back calls for most of your shift while entering information in real time.

This role is not compatible with ongoing studies or second jobs.
