- 2+ years in tech support and troubleshooting, or a degree in IT/IS.
- Proficiency in connecting with customers via voice, email and chat.
- Excellent grammar, spelling and written communication.
- Strong computer skills.
- Leadership, cognitive and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to resolve customer issues independently.
- Post-secondary education.
