CNX in Bogotá seeks a Bilingual - Sr. Specialist, Operations Reporting to drive visibility on performance. You will prepare scorecards, pull data from client dashboards, and support the operations team with timely reporting.

Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential, with the ability to work under pressure and lead multi-tasking efforts. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, plus advanced English (C1).

Job Title:

Bilingual - Sr. Specialist, Operations Reporting

Job Description

The Sr. Specialist, Operations Reporting Is required as an important resource to provide support to operations with reporting related tasks that may enable the operations team to have quick and dynamic visibility of information related to performance. Coaching effectiveness and ops awareness of performance trends will contribute to increase possibilities to exceed client performance expectations and as such earn monthly performance bonuses as stablished in the contract.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• The main reporting needs covered by this role will include: Scorecard creation. However unable to keep data consistently updated for the daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Daily download of data from client reporting dashboards to create: CSAT Reports
  Transfers reports
  Open Calls report
• Agent’s variable incentives payout based on monthly structure plan
• Excel proficiency is a must. (Formulas, Macros, Graphics, Sharepoint Knowledge, dashboard)
• Able to work under pressure on an a fast pace environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 1 year relevant experience preferer
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advance Excel, knowledge in Access, Power BI or database tools.
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to work in a high-velocity environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team.

Candidate Profile

• At least 6 months tenure in Concentrix and your current Role.
• No disciplinary actions (DA) issued in the past 6 months.
• 3 Estart Points of Less (Or perfect attendance in the past 3 months)
• Meeting KPIs for the past 3 months
• Advanced English Level is a Must C1.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with less than one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience related to the role.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable
