Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create scorecards and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Download data from client dashboards for CSAT and transfers reports.
• Oversee monthly incentives payout based on plan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, Power BI, and data tools.
• Lead a team in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
