Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a detail-oriented data reporting specialist in Antioquia, Colombia. You will build scorecards, download daily dashboards, and generate CSAT and transfers reports. You will also manage the Open Calls report and support agent payout calculations using advanced Excel and Power BI.

The role requires strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university.
• Advanced English Level (C1) required.
• 1 year relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create scorecards and daily/weekly/monthly data reports.
• Download data from client dashboards for CSAT and transfers reports.
• Prepare Open Calls report and other operational dashboards.
• Oversee monthly payout structure for agents; ensure accuracy.
• Proficiently use Excel (formulas, macros) and Power BI to manage data.
