Job summary

Team 360 Staffing is growing our U.S. client footprint and seeks an SDR in Medellín to be the front line of our revenue engine. You will research prospective clients, reach decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn, and book qualified meetings for our Branch Managers in major markets.

We offer a hybrid schedule: 40 hours weekly, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with on-site training in the first month. Compensation starts at $1,500 USD per month as an independent contractor, plus commissions based on

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales development, telemarketing or B2B roles.
• Native Spanish and English at B2-C1 level for calls and emails with U.S. prospects.
• Resilience, discipline and a real taste for outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies that may need staffing services.
• Run outbound calls and personalized email sequences.
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot.
• Schedule qualified meetings and coordinate with Branch Managers.
• Share market feedback with our sales and marketing team.
