Job summary

A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking a Talent Scout / Recruitment SDR in Colombia. This role is phone-first, focusing on reaching candidates in both Spanish and English. You will manage the recruitment pipeline, updating progress in the ATS and earning bonuses for each qualified candidate. Ideal candidates are self-directed, enjoy engaging conversations, and have at least 1 year in a phone-heavy position. The flexible schedule allows for a minimum commitment of 2 hours a day during European working hours.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or any phone-heavy role.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Conduct screening calls in Spanish and English.
• Ensure candidates meet requirements and assist with documentation.
• Update candidate status in the ATS and secure bonuses.
