SuperStaff seeks a proactive Intake Associate to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will screen and qualify leads, schedule initial consultations, and guide prospects through a smooth intake process from home.

You will collaborate with the sales team and Firm Administrator, with supervision by an attorney. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing for consultations, and ensuring prospects are directed to the right resources or referrals.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Sales background preferred and energetic.
• Education equivalent to bachelor’s degree; a degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to leads to qualify them using targeted questions.
• Schedule initial consultations and coordinate onboarding steps.
• Prepare engagement agreements and follow up on signatures and payments.
• Maintain and update databases, reports, and lead metrics.
• Support sales team and attorney by providing relevant client information.
