Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a compassionate, organized approach to evaluating cases.

You will manage inbound calls, collect information, explain legal processes, and support attorneys with documentation and case progression in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus
• Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor

Responsabilités

• Inbound call management: Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
• Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Client interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures
• Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries
• Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases
• Multi-tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone
• Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly
• Document management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards
• Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals
• Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data
• Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression
• Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents
