Job summary

Alonso & Alonso Attorneys at Law is seeking an Intake Specialist to deliver professional, client-centered immigration intake. You will screen, engage, and qualify prospective clients, guiding them through intake questionnaires and ensuring accurate data in our system.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a year of customer service and sales experience, and the ability to work remotely in Colombia with a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client Intake & Engagement: Conduct inbound eligibility screenings to assess potential client qualification for immigration services.
• Outbound Outreach & Follow-Up: Proactively perform outbound calls to engage prospective clients and promote consultations.
• Data Accuracy & Process Management: Ensure client profiles are accurately completed and maintained in the case management system.
• Collaboration & Performance: Collaborate with Sales Consultation leadership to ensure a smooth intake-to-consultation handoff.
