Remote Hero is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Sales Closer / Virtual Assistant to work remotely on Eastern Time hours. This independent contractor role offers a fixed monthly rate plus commissions per attended booking, with full-timeUS ET business hours.

The position covers two Orlando-based businesses, including an aesthetics practice and Medcare Clinical Academy. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and WhatsApp, following up on leads from Meta ads, booking appointments, enrolling

Formación

• Inbound sales closing and objection handling required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Phone-based selling with a consultative tone.
• WhatsApp text-based selling and follow-up.
• Persistent lead follow-up and pipeline discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as dedicated phone and WhatsApp coverage for two Orlando businesses.
• Answer inbound calls and WhatsApp messages, follow up on new leads, guide prospects to a decision.
• Book aesthetics clients into appointments and enroll Academy students, drive cohort attendance.
• Log all activity in GoHighLevel and persistently follow up on non-committing leads.
