Job Description:Bilingual Inbound Sales Closer / Virtual Assistant 1609

Location: Remote - Must work Eastern Time hours

Contract Type: This is an Independent Contractor role, managed through Remote Hero for dedicated work with the client.

Compensation: $1,100/month flat contractor rate, plus $25 commission per booking (paid on students who actually attend class).

Working Hours: Full-time contractor (40 hours/week, 160 hours/month) US Eastern business hours (to confirm exact shift with client)

1.About the client

Our client operates two thriving businesses in Orlando, FL: an established aesthetics practice (specializing in facials, Botox, and laser treatments) and Medcare Clinical Academy. The Academy is dedicated to preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals with hands‑on training, certified instructors, and flexible schedules built around their students' lives.

2. Overall Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated phone and WhatsApp coverage for two businesses in Orlando, FL: an established aesthetics practice (facials, Botox, laser treatments) and Medcare Clinical Academy, an allied‑health training school launching Medical Assistant, EKG/phlebotomy, and CNA courses in English and Spanish.
• Answer inbound calls and WhatsApp messages, call and follow up on new leads from Meta ad campaigns, and guide prospects to a decision.
• Book aesthetics clients into appointments and enroll Academy students, driving attendance at the start of each cohort (next cohort starts October 12).
• Log all activity in GoHighLevel and follow up persistently on leads who don't commit on first contact. This is a closing role, not an administrative one.

• Familiarity with or genuine interest in aesthetics and beauty - Intermediate

8. Seniority Level

Junior to Mid-level (2-4 years experience) - must have proven sales closing experience. Administrative‑only profiles will not be considered.
