Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish customer service professional to join our on-site team in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will assist customers of an online clothing retailer with product inquiries, orders, sizing, returns, exchanges, and website-related issues.

The role requires confident communication in both languages, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate online systems to provide accurate, friendly support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
