Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Educate customers on available services and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.
• Process scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Create and route support tickets as needed.
• Assist internal teams with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Provide professional communication across all touchpoints.
