Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual, on-site customer service professional to support an online clothing retailer in Barranquilla. You will handle inquiries, orders, sizing, returns, and website issues, communicating in English and Spanish to deliver friendly, solution-oriented service.

Ideal candidates excel at navigating online tools, maintaining accurate records, and solving problems with a customer-first mindset. This full-time on-site role includes weekly pay and training during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in call center, ecommerce, retail, or tech support preferred.
• Strong English and Spanish communication, written and verbal.
• Excellent computer navigation skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and orders.
• Resolve website navigation, checkout, tracking, returns, and exchange issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
