Kaplan International Languages is seeking a Junior Client Executive to support agent relationships across Latin America. The role requires Spanish native with fluent English, handling bookings, quotes, and customer inquiries, while working on-site in Bogotá.

You will use Salesforce, build partnerships, and contribute to regional growth. The position offers an induction, ongoing coaching and training in Salesforce, with opportunities for career progression within customer service or sales teams.

Formación

• 2-5 years of related experience required.
• Hungry hunter with drive to secure new deals and growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual English (B2-C1) and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administrative processes and maintain policies and procedures, referrals, payments, and database.
• Handle requests from Account and Regional managers.
• Manage agent bookings and communications in Spanish and English.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and our customer services team.
• Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to manage bookings and referrals.
• Resolve complaints, escalate issues, and provide ongoing customer support.
• Manage cancellations and postponements.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and drive sales targets.
• Prepare quotes and develop relationships with new and existing partners.
• Support the Account and Regional Manager for the region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kaplan International products.
