Kaplan International Languages is seeking a Junior Client Executive to engage with study abroad agents across Latin America, driving growth and developing partnerships. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, a hunter mindset, and experience in corporate or education sales.

You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, maintain data in Salesforce, and support regional managers to meet regional KPIs.

Formación

• 2-5 years related experience.
• Hunter mindset with drive to grow opportunities.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (B2-C1).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administrative processes and policy updates.
• Handle requests from Account and Regional managers.
• Manage bookings via phone and email in Spanish and English.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and customer services.
• Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to manage referrals and bookings.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage cancellations and postponements.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and drive team targets.
• Prepare quotes and develop partner relationships.
• Support Account and Regional Managers for the region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kaplan International products.
