Kaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will strengthen agent partnerships, identify new opportunities, and help drive enrollments while coordinating regional sales and marketing initiatives.

Based in Bogotá, you will travel to key cities when needed, deliver partner trainings, maintain CRM records, and monitor KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IR, Education, or related field.
• Experience managing external partners or client relationships.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Authorized to work in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve regional sales targets and grow partner relationships.
• Deliver partner trainings, webinars, and workshops.
• Represent Kaplan at conferences and recruitment events.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor partner KPIs.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports.
