Kaplan International Languages, a division of Kaplan Inc., seeks a Junior LATAM Sales Advisor in Bogotá to advise prospective students across Latin America by phone and email, helping them choose the English language program abroad that best fits their goals.

This on-site role offers a competitive base salary plus unlimited monthly commissions, with onboarding and ongoing training, and a pathway to a Sales Executive role after 6 months upon performance goals being met.

Formación

• English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• Interest in travel, education and language learning sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized sales advice to prospective clients (no cold calling).
• Manage client follow-up and sales opportunities through Salesforce and other platforms.
• Achieve and exceed individual, market, and KPI targets.
