Job summary

MicroSourcing Colombia is seeking a Back Office Technician (or Aerial Roof Measurement Technician) to join our on-site team in Bogota. You will process and deliver roof and wall orders, meet daily targets, and collaborate with colleagues.

Ideal candidates have good English (B1+), a high school diploma (bachelors preferred), and solid computer skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Your Role

As a Back Office Technician, you will:

• Process and deliver roof and wall orders efficiently and accurately
• Meet daily performance targets and track individual progress
• Utilize required software and tools effectively
• Ensure quality standards are met for all assigned tasks
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

• Good English communication skills is a must (B1 and above will be considered). Both verbal and written
• Availability to work on site in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelors degree preferred
• Good computer skills – easy navigation between different systems, saving files, and loading files
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
