MicroSourcing Colombia is hiring for a Senior Audit Associate to partner with the Operations team and deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement and the employee experience.

The position involves supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and coordinating communications while tracking metrics and reporting on outcomes. A strong background in operations support and stakeholder management is expected.

Your Role:

The People & Partnership (PnP) Specialist supports the Operations team by
partnering with leaders and employees to deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, communication, and overall team performance. This role serves as a key liaison between operational teams and support functions, helping drive a positive employee experience while ensuring the effective execution of people-related programs and operational initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations leaders to support team engagement and people initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with employees and serve as a point of contact for people-related concerns.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
• Coordinate operational communications and team initiatives.
• Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a BPO, shared services, or outsourcing environment.
• Experience supporting client-facing or operational teams.
• Exposure to employee engagement, project coordination, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
