Job summary

MicroSourcing Colombia is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) intake specialist for an outbound/outbound data-entry focused role. You will review client demographics, assist clients via calls and emails, and enter documents into our tax software to support the tax preparation team.

Strong English (B2+), at least 6 months outbound experience, and sharp organizational skills are required. Experience with Salesforce, Lacerte, Amazon Connect, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level (B2+).
• Minimum 6 months’ experience with outbound calls/emails/communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries and data entry.

Your Role

We’re looking for an Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound who will perform a range of data entry duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry, reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and entering client’s documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.

Requirements

• Advanced English Level B2+
• At least 6 months’ experience doing outbound calls, emails and client communications Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
