Job summary

graph8 is making revenue programmable and helps B2B companies run go-to-market operations by combining CRM, outbound email, calling, scheduling, data and AI-powered workflows.

We seek a client-facing marketer to build strong customer relationships, advise on growth, and coordinate with our Lahore execution team to implement plans. This hands-on role focuses on ownership of customer accounts and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Around 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent client work
• Experience in a B2B marketing agency, lead-generation business or customer-facing GTM role
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable plans

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and understand each customer's business, offer and growth goals
• Clarify target audience, ideal customer profile and buyer roles
• Recommend messaging, offers and campaign priorities aligned to goals and budget
• Lead regular customer conversations with clear recommendations and next steps
• Interpret campaign performance and identify improvements and actions
• Set expectations and communicate trade-offs when results vary
• Turn plans into briefs for the Lahore team with owners and deadlines
• Review delivery and coordinate fixes, keeping customers informed
