The Global Talent Co. is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems powering growth. This high-ownership role works directly with the founders; you will be building a new revenue stack from the ground up.

You'll own end-to-end GTM workflows, integrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and turn product and user data into actionable growth signals across the customer journey.

• Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue.
• End-to-end thinker with ownership mindset.
• Experience building workflows via APIs, automation tools, or code.
• Hands-on with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Take ideas to measurable impact quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Build AI agents and workflows to automate funnel parts.
• Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified revenue system.
• Turn product and user data into growth signals.
• Design intelligent workflows: lead scoring, routing, triggers, onboarding.
• Define AI usage across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with founders on growth strategy and experiments.
