Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an Agentic GTM Lead to architect and own demand-generation systems across outbound, content, social, and AI-powered automation. This role blends engineering, commercial instinct, and market knowledge in a highly autonomous environment.

You will build technical GTM infrastructure with APIs, SQL, Python/JS, and CRM integrations, connecting engineering work to pipeline and revenue.

Formación

• Bachelor-like experience in growth engineering or GTM roles.
• Proven ability to turn ideas into experiments and measurable results.
• Strong hands-on engineering ability with APIs and data, and CRM integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new demand-generation ideas, channels, and experiments.
• Build systems across outbound, content, social, SEO/GEO, email, and website acquisition.
• Turn successful experiments into scalable growth systems; cut underperforming initiatives.
