Responsibilities

• Execute daily AR cases resolution (~150/day) accurately and on time.
• Manage and reconcile about $5M/month in COD and Credit Card payments.
• Ensure cash postings and records comply with internal controls.
• Resolve discrepancies in payment applications to maintain accuracy.
• Support cash flow by timely application of funds.
• Prevent and reduce Late Payment Fees through efficient processing.
• Monitor workload to avoid backlog and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, AR and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
