Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in business or related field.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior collections experience; strong organizational and prioritization skills; basic negotiation and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service.
• Responds to inquiries within required service level agreement.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and resolves complex payment delays.
• Develops and analyzes collection and accounts receivable reports.
• Updates customer and stakeholder information using software.
• Monitors and maintains assigned customer accounts.
• Submits recommendations to write-off balances.
