Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team. This remote role (Mexico or Colombia) focuses on shaping go-to-market strategies by turning market signals into executable narratives for sales teams.

Lead our AI-enabled battlecard program, partner with Sales and Product enablement, and drive training that translates data into user-friendly insights. Prioritize collaboration with IT for system integrations and measure program impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a B2B enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and iterative prompting to extract and summarize intelligence.
• Proven ability to identify signals from noise and craft compelling, actionable narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of the competitive battlecard program, launching foundational insights.
• Use AI tools to gather, synthesize, and surface market intelligence for stakeholders.
• Translate data into clear narratives and deliver training for users.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
• Track engagement and success metrics to improve resources and demonstrate value.
