Clara Lending Co. is seeking an AI Business Operations Analyst to drive AI-augmented operations across the company. You will identify where humans can be replaced by machines, design scalable automation, and measure outcomes with cross-functional teams.

You will own the end-to-end process: identify opportunities, design solutions, deploy AI-powered workflows, and monitor impact, reporting to the Global Head of Operations.

Formación

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in LatAm fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Proven automation of operations with AI; examples of shipped solutions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Map high-friction operational workflows across Clara and prioritize AI-augmentation and automation, building a long-term impact roadmap.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows with tools like Claude/Codex, n8n, and other LLM APIs to replace manual processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify automation opportunities that improve speed, accuracy, and capacity without headcount increases.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to surface key KPIs and flag anomalies.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to ensure operational readiness for new features and launches.
• Serve as the internal AI tooling expert for operations, evaluating new tools and building internal playbooks.
