Clara in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an AI operations leader to design and scale enterprise-grade automation across teams—finance, product, and engineering. You will own the full automation lifecycle, deploying AI-powered workflows and dashboards to raise the operational ceiling.
With 7+ years in operations or strategy in LatAm fintech or fast-growing B2B SaaS, you bring hands-on experience with N8N/Make/Zapier, SQL, and modern BI.
Formación
- 7+ years in operations/strategy, ideally in LatAm fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Proven AI automation track record with enterprise impact.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (N8N, Make, Zapier).
Responsabilidades
- Identify automation opportunities and design scalable AI-powered workflows.
- Partner with executives to align automation with product, sales, and finance.
- Own automation lifecycle from identification to deployment and measurement.
- Build and maintain Metabase dashboards surfacing KPIs and anomalies.
- Lead AI-driven operational changes to scale Clara's operations.
