Clara is seeking an AI Business Operations Expert to architect and scale AI-powered processes across the organization. You will own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to drive efficiency and impact.

In this remote role across the Americas, you will design and deploy enterprise-grade AI workflows using N8N, Claude Code/Codex, and other LLM APIs, building dashboards in Metabase to monitor KPIs and trends.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in LatAm fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven, expert-level AI automation track record.
• Hands-on experience architecting, scaling, and augmenting operations with AI at an enterprise level.
• Advanced fluency with no-code/low-code platforms (N8N, Make, Zapier) and enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Architect AI-powered automation across Clara and design enterprise-grade workflows.
• Own the automation lifecycle: identify opportunities, architect solutions, deploy, and measure impact.
• Lead design and iteration of AI workflows using N8N, Claude Code/Codex, and other LLM APIs to replace manual processes.
• Collaborate with executive and operational leaders to implement agent-based or rule-based automation.
• Build and maintain sophisticated operational dashboards in Metabase to surface KPIs and flag anomalies.
