Clara is looking for an ambitious builder to create AI-powered automation and internal tools that accelerate prospecting, onboarding, and activation. You’ll sit at the intersection of Lifecycle, Sales, and AI, shipping SDR co-pilots, outbound agents, and onboarding flows that actually move pipeline and activation.

You will design end-to-end automation, instrument lead routing, and partner with Sales, Lifecycle, and Data/Eng teams to maximize value and adoption across the organization.

Formación

• 2+ years building automation or AI-powered tools with APIs/LLMs.
• Experience with workflow platforms and API integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, Salesforce).
• Strong written and verbal English; able to explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bias toward shipping, testing, and iteration over planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tooling to move pipeline and activation.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle automation across email, WhatsApp, and push.
• Design SDR-to-AE handoffs with scoring and routing logic.
• Prototype quickly, validate against real metrics, and scale effective tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Lifecycle, and Data/Eng teams.
• Measure impact using CAC payback, meetings booked, and activation rates.
