Clara is seeking an AI Business Operations Analyst to join Clara Ops and shape the future of how the company runs. You will spot opportunities where humans are doing repetitive work and build AI-powered systems to automate them.

You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution, partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to accelerate decisions, reduce friction, and raise Clara’s operational ceiling.

Formación

• Proven AI automation track record delivering operational improvements.
• 3–7 years in operations, strategy, or related fields in fintech or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools and BI tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation across Clara’s workflows.
• Design and deploy automated solutions using AI and tooling.
• Build dashboards and metrics to surface operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to institutionalize changes.
• Create and maintain an internal playbook for AI in operations.
