Clara is seeking an AI Business Operations Analyst to join Clara Ops and drive a new chapter of how we run the company. You will spot where humans are doing work that machines could do better — and then build the systems that make it happen.

You will sit at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution, partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering. You’ll own the full loop from opportunity to impact, deploying AI-powered solutions and measuring outcomes.

Formación

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in LatAm fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows with no‑code/low‑code tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with CRMs, data warehouses, and BI tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, and Metabase.
• Ability to work with LLM APIs to build operational tools, even without software engineering background.
• Excellent communication and the ability to translate technical solutions into business terms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for AI augmentation and automation across Clara.
• Design, deploy, and iterate AI-powered workflows using AI tooling and LLM APIs.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to surface KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to implement changes.
• Document processes so they can be maintained and handed off.
