Clara Lending Co. is seeking an AI Business Operations Expert to orchestrate the next wave of automation across our fintech platform.

You will identify opportunities, design enterprise-grade AI solutions, and work across Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering. You will own the full automation lifecycle from discovery to deployment, build AI-powered workflows with N8N, Claude, and other LLMs, and maintain robust dashboards in Metabase.

Formación

• Proven track record of architecting AI-driven operations at enterprise level.
• Experience automating workflows with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong SQL querying and data visibility skills.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership across functions.
• LatAm fintech or B2B SaaS experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for AI automation to reduce friction across operations.
• Design, deploy, and scale AI-powered workflows across departments.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering leaders.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase.
• Document architectures and data pipelines for maintainability.
