Intetics Inc. seeks a Senior AI-Native Engineer to lead agentic development across features from spec to production. You will drive AI-first coding practices, review AI-generated code for correctness and security, and mentor engineers while partnering with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.

The role emphasizes rigorous specs, robust tests, and maintainable code, with distributed teams and a strong focus on quality and speed to delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise or SaaS software in production environments.
• Proficiency in agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) used in daily work and delivery scenarios, not experiments.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping complex features end-to-end.
• Proficiency in modern backend/full-stack technologies (Golang, PHP, Node.js/TypeScript) with solid unit/integration testing.
• Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience producing and maintaining automated test suites (unit, integration or end-to-end).
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong written communication for specs, code reviews and async updates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical execution of complex features and cross-team systems from spec to production.
• Design, implement, and ship reliable, maintainable solutions for high-volume SaaS environments.
• Anticipate complexity and surface systemic risks early for the team and customers.
• Review AI-generated code and attestations with rigor, ensuring correctness and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA.
• Contribute to technical standards across the AI SDLC and advocate for agentic development.
