Clara Lending Co. in LATAM is seeking a hands-on Growth Designer to shape our acquisition engine across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. You will design ads, landing pages, and conversion flows, using AI tools as a core part of the workflow, from brief to final asset.

You’ll define AI-native workflows, build scalable templates in Figma, and collaborate with Paid Media to test, learn, and optimize performance. The role requires a strong design craft, CRO sense, and comfort with multi-market,

Formación

• 2+ years in growth design with measurable impact.
• Portfolio showing ads or landing pages with conversion focus.
• Daily use of AI tools (generative image/video)
• Strong prompt-writing skills for AI models
• Expert in Figma with component-based design
• Conversion-focused mindset with data tracking (CTR/CVR/CAC)
• Experience with multi-market or multi-language deliverables

Responsabilidades

• Design performance creatives at scale for Meta, Google, LinkedIn using AI tools.
• Design and optimize landing pages and conversion flows with CRO best practices.
• Use AI daily to speed up production and test concepts.
• Build scalable creative systems in Figma with templates and components.
• Collaborate with Growth - Paid Media to interpret data and iterate.
• Perform visual QA to ensure brand consistency before launch.
• Pilot new AI design tools and document workflows for the team.
