Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• Solid backend foundation in Java and Spring Boot; AI-assisted decisions
• Strong cross-functional leadership and architecture vision

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical direction and architecture for internal systems
• Set quality standards and review code/designs
• Build integration platform connecting Clara teams and AI agents
• Review specs from technical lens and identify gaps
• Own sprint cadence and delivery rhythm
• Mentor teammates and drive cross-team collaboration
• Apply AI tools to accelerate shipping and improve workflows
