The Brückner Group is seeking an After-sales E‑Service Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Bogota, D.C. You will troubleshoot and provide technical support for machines and systems, performing maintenance, repair, and field service for customers.

You will communicate with customers, work with internal teams, and handle remote configurations and validations of automation software as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a willingness to travel internationally.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
• 4 years of experience as Field Engineer or similar in instrumentation and automation.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; B2 or higher; other regional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers' inquiries regarding electronic issues through phone, email, and remote services.
• Advise customers on electrical process optimization.
• Following up on open requests from customers, working actively and reactively with customers remote and onsite
• Perform electrical, electronic and/or automation engineering either remotely or in person, according to the needs of the company and the service.
• Perform remote configurations and validations of automation and related software (Configure RDH), TIA Portal, SCADA systems, Siemens and/or other related systems.
• Prepare reports, as well as report to management all remote configurations and validations performed for their respective billing.
• Document processes and activities in the area, as well as keep the records required by intercompany clients up to date.
• Provide internal support to the organization and different users in matters relating to software, hardware, and networks, where required.
