Anton Paar in Colombia is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support and maintenance across the region. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain instruments at customer sites, travel within the assigned zone, document activities, and provide clear explanations while ensuring safety and quality.

Candidates should have an engineering degree, 1–3 years of hardware support, English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and a US visa.

Formación

• Graduated in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ hardware support or repair experience.
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• High technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• US Visa

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.
• Document service activities and customer interactions in detail.
• Provide clear technical explanations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of parts inventory and service reports.
• Travel within the assigned zone to meet appointments.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Contribute feedback on equipment performance and needs.
• Take responsibility for warehouse/stock management.
• Forward sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when replacements are needed.
• Attend Anton Paar service trainings for relevant product lines.
• Substitute for other Field Service Engineers within the country.
