Qualifications

• University degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Service Engineer.
• Strong knowledge and experience with low and/or medium voltage drives (mandatory).
• Low and medium voltage motors desirable.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Willingness to travel (80% of time).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Perform field service work of low to medium complexity on electric motors and drives.
• Plan and execute work with a first-time-right approach with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer operations and eliminate pain points.
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process failures and recommend corrective actions.
