Prysmian Group in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to provide technical support and ensure the availability and reliability of plant equipment. You will perform maintenance, follow safety and environmental guidelines, and work within the 6S framework.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, with knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley and Siemens), instrumentation, and control systems.

Formación

• Electromechanical technician/technologist with more than 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, fieldbuses, instrumentation and control systems
• Electrical/electronic maintenance; programming languages (Java, Visual Basic); pneumatics; hydraulics
• Handling and control of hazardous energies; industrial assemblies; certification for working at heights and CONTE card

Responsabilidades

• Carry out activities in work orders and maintain plant and equipment
• Report irregularities in machinery or support equipment
• Perform corrective maintenance, participate in preventive maintenance and support industrial assemblies
• Comply with safety guidelines and promote safety at work
• Comply with environmental program and use of chemical substances
• Comply with matrix of roles, responsibilities and authorities in the OSH system
• Keep workstations and workshops orderly and clean following 6S culture
