Qualifications

• Freight brokerage or 3PL logistics experience, US freight preferred.
• Advanced written and spoken English for US customers.
• High bias for action with accountability.
• Proactive communication and escalation when issues arise.
• Reliable and able to follow through on commitments.
• Willingness to learn and grow toward Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers on load booking, spot-rate quoting, and daily communications.
• Own full load lifecycle, monitor shipments end-to-end, and resolve issues.
• Provide proactive status updates to customers.
• Source capacity and negotiate with carriers to keep lanes covered.
• Maintain data integrity across systems for real-time accuracy.
• Cross-train on Carrier Sales and Operations to support other desks.
