Core Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate internal operations teams and external customers, overseeing shipments from start to finish. You will drive service excellence by maintaining communication between operations, shippers, consignees, and customers, and ensuring timely updates and documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in freight brokerage logistics, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics operations experience in a freight brokerage, with open deck and specialized full truckload operations preferred.
• Self-motivated with outstanding organization, communication & relationship-building skills.
• Sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth.
• Predisposition for teamwork and collaboration in a corporate culture.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate loads and manage margins, on-time pickup/delivery, and service level agreements.
• Initiate conversations with customers, shippers, and consignees to deliver superior service and strategic arbitrage on loads.
• Serve as first point of escalation and resolve client concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Own shipments through the full life cycle from tender to billing.
• Set max buy rates and approve carrier offers.
• Ensure customers have TMS tracking links and proactive updates on every shipment.
• Handoff shipments ready for billing to the accounting team.
