Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage relationships and accelerate growth for enterprise accounts, applying an operational background and customer-first mindset to elevate service delivery across accounts.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to turn challenges into value-driven solutions, with a focus on onboarding, onboarding training, and ongoing account support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing operational role.
• Strong background combining operational expertise with sales awareness to drive account growth and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of effective case resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Analytical mindset with experience in invoice review, spend analysis, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day account support and escalation management, including service changes and billing inquiries.
• Drive customer onboarding and self-serve training for digital tools and account restructures.
• Perform continuous process improvement and root-cause analysis to prevent escalations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in business reviews with CSMs and GAMs.
