Job summary

Agency is seeking a Self-Service Implementation Agent to support onboarding for Self Service Plan Sponsors on our client’s platform. You will respond quickly to inquiries, clarify requirements, unblock progress, and reinforce standardized processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through onboarding, monitoring progress, escalating blockers, and providing timelines and next steps. Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in client support, project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration roles.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt, reliable service in a pooled, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills with time-sensitive guidance.
• Experience using Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace; ability to follow standardized processes.
• Aptitude for learning new systems quickly in client service scenarios.
• Willingness to learn retirement plan fundamentals and onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Self Service Plan Sponsors as they onboard to our client’s platform.
• Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to Self Service client inquiries, recognizing speed and reliability expectations.
• Guide Self Service clients through the onboarding path with clarification, direction, and timely support.
• Monitor progress across multiple onboarding efforts, identify blockers and escalate as needed.
• Offer clear guidance on timelines, required actions, and next steps for onboarding milestones.
• Communicate onboarding expectations and resources to stakeholders.
• Support basic plan design questions and onboarding education for clients.
