Snowrelic Inc is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to join a nearshore remote team. You will design, develop, and support Service Cloud solutions, focusing on Agentforce AI agents, topics, prompts, and groundings, while integrating with external systems.

You will build scalable Apex classes, triggers, and LWC, while implementing flows, data structures, and platform configurations. Collaboration with analysts, architects, and distributed teams is essential for success.

Competenze

• 6-8 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows, integrations, and administration.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service and contact center operations.
• Develop and enhance Agentforce/AI Agents with topics, instructions, actions, prompts, grounding, and integrations.
• Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and support REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Design and maintain Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched).
• Configure and maintain Salesforce platform capabilities (Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permissions, Custom Metadata/Settings).
• Perform Salesforce administration activities (User management, security/sharing, case management, queues, Omni-Channel, reporting/dashboards, Service Cloud).
• Implement and support Service Cloud Voice and contact center integrations with providers like Vonage and Amazon Connect.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Named Credentials, External Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Utilize SOQL to query, troubleshoot, validate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with BAs, architects, QA, product owners, and distributed teams.
