Job summary

TripleTen is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for its Latin America team. This 100% remote, full-time role guides new students from payment to first sprint, keeping them motivated and helping them overcome blockers.

You will use HubSpot and CRM tools, handle objections, close next steps, and collaborate with a friendly team across the US and LATAM. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; weekend rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, retention, account management or customer service with a commercial component.
• Able to handle objections and close next steps.
• Results-oriented: measured by number of students who start, not by calls made.
• Fluent Spanish and English at B1 level or above.
• Organized and autonomous: manage many students in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Contact every new student within agreed timeframes and complete welcome call.
• Ensure payment, access, and tools are ready before the start.
• Understand each student's goals and align the program to them.
• Handle doubts, objections and early cancellations and offer alternatives.
• Record interactions and outcomes in HubSpot; share learnings with the team.
