Job summary

Agency is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to support onboarding and conversion plans on our client’s platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance onboarding experiences and provide excellent service to plan sponsors.

Responsibilities include reviewing fund lineups, preparing fund applications, coordinating with Implementation and Investment teams, and maintaining client data in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Understanding of mutual funds, stable value funds, CITs and ETFs trade and settle.
• Proactive and analytical with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review and identify issues with potential fund lineups.
• Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies with client information.
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to transition plans onto the platform.
• Update, maintain, and review client data within CRM systems.
• Ensure collaboration with internal teams to meet timelines.
• Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs for assigned functions.
