The role requires 5+ years in project management, experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban, and a track record of collaborating with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams. Remote work options and ongoing professional development are available.

Formación

• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience with fixed external deadlines and critical-path planning.
• Experience with client dependency registers and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based status reporting.
• Experience with Jira or Asana.
• Strong stakeholder management and translating tech for non-tech audiences.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance projects.
• Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams.
